Public QR Survey (Visitors)

Visitors scan a separate Google Form. It stores responses without opening the staff portal or Google Sheet. An administrator must publish and test the form before sharing its QR code.

Only publish after verifying that the visitor form accepts responses without login. A separately linked form is not automatically connected to Survey_Data.
